Welcome to the Peridia Homeowners  Association (PHOA) Units 1,3 and Wedge Court Website, of which this is one of (7) individual components within the Peridia Golf and Country Club development. The purpose of the PHOA website is provide both new and current Peridia residents with up-to-date information for their reference and use.

Manatee County Water Restrictions

Manatee County is under Modified Phase III "Extreme" Water Shortage restrictions, limiting lawn watering to one day per week based on the last digit of your address. Watering is allowed only from 12:01 a.m. to 4 a.m. OR 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on your scheduled day, with fines starting at $100 for violations. 

Watering Schedule (One-Day-Per-Week):

Mon: Address ending in 0 or 1

Tue: Address ending in 2 or 3

Wed: Address ending in 4 or 5

Thu: Address ending in 6 or 7

Fri: Address ending in 8 or 9, or no address 

Key Rules & Exemptions:

Exceptions: Low-volume hand-watering of shrubs/flowerbeds is allowed any day before 8 a.m. or after 6 p.m.

New Landscaping: 60-day establishment period (call 941-722-4524 for information).

Car Washing: Only on your designated watering day.

Reclaimed Water: Exempt from strict restrictions but encouraged to follow voluntary hours.

Violations: Fines are $100 for the first offense, $250 for the second, and $500 for subsequent violations.

Duration: These restrictions are currently in effect through July 1, 2026.


Attention: ARC Request Guidelines For PHOA Homeowners

We would like to remind our homeowners of the need to get ARC requests submitted and approved before implementing any significant exterior changes or additions to their property. This will ensure the improvements to your property will be in agreement with the covenants set forth by our Homeowners Association. These covenants are in place to ensure our property values are protected, and remain as high as possible.
